Matcha Maiko Cafe is a local café in the Boston area serving premium quality drinks & desserts. They came to us looking to establish a greater presence on Northeastern University's campus. I advised on creating a catering service to allow Northeastern clubs & organizations to order from the cafe in bulk, as currently their meetings were dominated by the offerings of one of Matcha Maiko's competitors. To do this, I looked at their popular items, created two catering bundles, and used competitive pricing strategy in Microsoft Excel to propose a cost model that works for both the business and the customers. Finally, I designed a graphic in Adobe InDesign to perform outreach to these organizations, in order to spread the word about the bundles.
