Scout is Northeastern University's student-led design collective that functions as a professional creative agency for real-world clients. As their Community Engagement Coordinator, I serve our 125+ members by creating bi-weekly reels that showcase our community highlights, contribute to a long-term DEI framework, defining roles, support systems, and conflict management processes, and act as a friendly face to welcome our newest members and be the point of contact for any concerns, questions, or ideas.
